Another place to buy them is herb and spice shops. In Melbourne it would be Hindustan Imports. SPC canneries are another great place to buy them. I read your post again but I'm not sure whether I should refrigerate it for the second time to get it set.

Should I add the flavours once it is set in the fridge or just after making it and before putting in the fridge?
Will it set for the second time if I add the flavours and refrigerate again? How do you do this?
(I've had added flavours just before eating but would like to eat 'flavoured yoghuurt' from the tub.)

Thank you so much in advance. I was too excited yesterday and forgot to ask you. Thanks heaps for your updates on grocer...Hi Wendy,

Thanks heaps for your updates on grocery specials. I bought my second Easiyo (half priced) and few sachets. Last time when Cath said Easiyo were half priced I missed it and bought one on full price. But it didn't give me a window to do some experiments I wanted to do as I had only one jar. Now with two I'll be busy for a while.

Though my first and second frozen starters worked for me until now (never used a starter for the third time yet), I thought of buying few sachets. In case they were not effective, I don't have to buy sachets on full price. They expire in 2017 so I don't have to worry about their expiry and they definitely won't be here until then. Just wanted to share my 'over the moon' joy with you. (If you remember me, I had an issue making my own the first time as I forgot to buy a sachet and used a week old store-bought yoghurt from the fridge as a starter and it didn't work and I had to seek help from you and both you. Fortunately you and Cath kindly jumped in to help me.)

Thank you so much once again and I appreciate very much what you do for us.
Love,
MillieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7122163157306498894.post-36939209181997794942015-11-26T15:28:14.758+11:002015-11-26T15:28:14.758+11:00Thanks Wendy.

Sorry, but it was too sour for my family. I have heard that you can purchase a starter online that keeps in the freezer. I'm not sure if it makes greek yoghurt though. Still worth investigating. Maybe buy the Easiyo while it's so cheap. Then if you can't find a way of making greek yoghurt, give it as a present. I've never seen the Easiyo this cheap.

I'm trying to think of anyone I can give the Easiyo to. Can I make this with the yoghurt maker and do I need to buy the sachets or is there a cheaper way of making it at home with my own ingredients?
