Grocery Specials Wednesday 15th April 2015

Here are this week's grocery specials.  Please feel free to post anything that you think is a great deal.

WOOLWORTHS -

* Shape biscuits half prices at $1.49 a box.  This is a fantastic price and well worth stocking up for parties and gatherings.

* Sunrice medium grain brown rice half price at $6.99 for 5 kilos.


COLES -

I could find anything in their catalogue that I would buy.

    Hi Wendy,
    There are a few things in the Coles catalogue that have made me happy this week:-
    Pink lady apples $2.50 kg (my kids love these)
    Golden crumpets $1.55
    Nestle cooking chocolate $2.50
    Bonne Maman jam $2.50 (i like this for putting in gift hampers)
    Nivea deodorant $1.99

    Luckily our lettuce plants are thriving at the moment, so I can cross lettuce off the shopping list!

    Hi Wendy,
    Coles:
    Baked beans/spaghetti 420gm 0.97c
    Crumpets $1.55 (same price as Woolies last week)
    Tim tams/mint slice bickies 330-337gms $2.20 (these are a double packet, i don't usually buy these but they are good to put away if you have an event coming up as this is the price of a single packet nirmally).

    IGA:
    Premium Virginian Ham $6.99 per kg

    Wendy, Woolies had Loreal Preference hair colour on sale and it is awesome stuff, it is easy and leaves your hair in wonderful shiny condition.
    Also I like Sard wonder oxyplus powder for $3.49 as this stuff shifts anything.
    Tomorrow I am shopping so I will see what else...xxx

    Same here this week with Woolies. Not on sale this week - shampoos/conditioners, deodorants, detergents.
    Viva twin pack paper towel was $2 so I stocked up on that.
