Hello Readers, my name is Wendy. I am a happily married mother of two adult daughters and three grandchildren. Together with my husband we are living an abundant life through growing some of our own vegetables and fruit, cooking and baking everything we can from scratch and being mindful of what we use and buy. God has blessed us abundantly. We try to be good stewards of those blessings.

Hi Wendy. I'm sitting at my table enjoying leftovers and loving your pictures of the flower show. I feel inspired to attend next year. I was also looking at your specials post to see if I had missed any newly added specials. Thanks for your posts, they help encourage us in every way. Regards to your readers also. Liz.
ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed the lovely photos of all those flowers at the flower show Wendy, they are absolutely beautiful! The meadow of flowers is just gorgeous, it is something I would love to grow :)

How absolutely beautiful Wendy! My daughter and I were debating whether the very vivid and brightly coloured artificial roses we saw in the discount store were anything like the real thing. We thought not, imagining roses all pastel and pretty. Your photos have proved us wrong. Mimi xxx
ReplyDeleteLove the photos Wendy. I went the same day as you and met up with one of my sisters and her friend, we all had a great day and came away with lots of ideas on how to make the most of what we already have.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful! Looking around the garden now & wishing the pretty flowers were still there..instead of all the leaves strewn over our patio & backyard from our vine. The one positive is I have nice compost material :) Have a lovely weekend. Cheers Donna Z :)
ReplyDeleteFlowers make my day Wendy. What amazing displays. I love roses best of all. Second is Peonies. Then Magnolias!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend. We have rain, quite heavy. xxx
