Ooh lovely missed brown rice at Woolies last week so will pick up this week from Coles. And getting a leg of lamb from Tasman. I am keeping my eye out for Magnums to go back on sale.
ReplyDeleteMy pantry basics are building which is exciting - this will be my third month of our new food budget and it's going well. Buying lots more fruit and vegetable when buying seasonally. We have a super healthy chicken and vegetable casserole in the slow cooker today!

HI Wendy, I just picked up a whole cauliflower for & a kg of green apples $2.99 each, Coles also have 1kg bags of onions for $1 this week & pineapples for $2.90. Love a good F & V special.
ReplyDeleteHi Wendy, Thanks for your list. I always check your suggestions alongside the catalogues as I'm making my shopping list. I bought the carrots and onions from Coles yesterday. I chop the onions in the blender, then freeze them in ziplock bags so I've always got some handy.
